Who we are

What we process
By default this website stores no cookies. Only if you accept the cookie notice do we enable Google Analytics 4, which sets its own cookies to measure visits (pages, referrers, approximate location); you can decline, and the site works identically. Fonts and all other assets are served from our own domain. The only personal data we receive is what you send us yourself — by e-mail or through the demo request form, which simply opens your own e-mail client (name, company and the message you write).
Why and for how long
We use your contact details solely to respond to your enquiry and to prepare a demo, pilot or offer you requested (legal basis: pre-contractual steps and legitimate interest under Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR). Business correspondence is kept for the duration of our communication and any subsequent contract, then archived or deleted in line with statutory retention periods.
Local storage
The site remembers your language choice (EN/SK) in your browser’s local storage. This preference never leaves your device and is not a tracking cookie.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you may request access to, correction or deletion of your personal data, restriction of processing, data portability, and you may object to processing. Write to info@aicobotix.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic (dataprotection.gov.sk).
